What we are looking for
The Governors of Twyford CofE School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Headteacher to continue to drive the school forward and provide educational excellence for our pupils as well as making it a parental school of choice.
The right candidate
The governing body are looking for a candidate who:
- Has the ability to devise and communicate a clear vision for the school and how it will develop over the next 3-5 years.
- Embraces change within the education landscape and can translate that at a local level to drive improved standards.
- Has the ability to develop the use of Information and Communication Technologies in teaching, learning and management communications.
- Has well developed people management skills and can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Has recent teaching and leadership experience in EYFS and/or Key stages 1& 2.
- Has experience of resource management.
- Fully supports the aims and ethos of a small Church of England School.
- Can develop and sustain an exceptional school learning environment for both staff and students.
