Through our SLA ODBE is able to provide consistent support to schools. We are privileged to serve nearly 100% of all Church schools in the diocese and also provide services to a growing number of MATs and academies. Signing up to the SLA gives access to a professional team with a wealth of experience and expertise across a wide range of areas including vision, spirituality, admissions, land and buildings, leadership, church/school relationships, governance and wellbeing. The SLA will help schools prepare for SIAMS and our adviser team will support you leading up to, between and following inspection – ensuring you can truly flourish as a church school.
