This unit explores the impact of the resurrection on Christians today, including on attitudes towards death.

in this unit pupils explore Christian charity, the needs of people and the world. Climate issues can be addressed as well. 

How do people make valid judgements about how and why the world is as it is? 

Pupils look at the different types of questions asked by science and religion and consider how far the two are compatible. 

What is the significance of Karma and Moksha for a Hindu?

Exploring the concepts of Karma, Samsara and Moksha this unit gives pupils an opportunity to consider reincarnation and its impact. 

What might a Hindu gain from a pilgrimage to India?

This unit considers the potential spiritual impact of a pilgrimage. 

How does a worldview help people decide what is important?

Ths philosophical unit brings together all that pupils have learned in RE and introduces them to philosophical reasoning. 

Alternative Philosophical unit focusing on Humanism and non-religious worldviews

Do we need a deity to be committed to creating a better world? 

This unit gives pupils an opportunity to consider how non-religious worldviews encourage people to care for the world and seek to do good for others.
